Bori Kiss is a writer, journalist and translator. Her latest title is The Rugby Fan’s Travel Guide to Japan, a guide to all 12 Japanese host cities for the rugby this autumn.
Born in Budapest, Hungary, she is the scriptwriter for the award-winning eco short ‘Life Under The Flightpath’, creator of the award-winning blog ‘Susie Clueless’ and the author of a trail-blazing guide to using the internet (published in the ‘90s).
She is the founder of online travel magazine Travelo and co-founder of news website Index.
Recently she has been writing for film and culture magazines, interviewing the Avengers cast, Robert De Niro and M. Night Shyamalan among others. Besides her career in journalism she has also worked as a translator, translating biographies and autobiographies of musicians like Eric Clapton and Leonard Cohen into Hungarian.
She lives in South West London with her family and rescue dog.
