January is a new year, a new beginning, and time for starting over. It’s a great time to renew your commitment to the Lord.
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” Romans 12:2
A new year is also time to renew your commitment to your body and get healthy. Walk for just 30 minutes a day. Researchers at the University of Boulder Colorado and the University of Tennessee found that regular walking lowered blood pressure by as much as 11 points and may reduce the risk of stroke by 20% to 40%.

Women with gifts is a non-profit 501 (C)3 organization dedicated to assisting single moms and their children. Our organization does not call to solicit funds, nor will you be getting direct mail asking for donations please do NOT give monies to person or board members on behalf of our organization. Donate only on our website or at our upcoming fundraiser events.
