This snack was created purely as an experiment to get rid of a variety lunch meats in the fridge and a can Pillsbury croissants. Above is a picture of Pillsbury’s bacon and egg croissant sandwich and below is the picture of our “pocket sandwiches”.Call them what you will they were super good.
Here’s the recipe:
Short and sweet
Open the can of croissants.They are pre-cut so thats the beauty of it all.Then you take your stuffing. We used bacon,cheese and different types of meats. (Salami, ham and turkey)
Cut into triangles to match the pre-cut croissants shape. Please not note bacon was fully cooked prior to rolling them in of sandwiches. Roll croissants with meat and cheese inside and bake for 15-20 minutes or until brown.
