As I was talking with my fitness coach Chiqueta I realize that I needed to add two items to my fitness plan.

1) Breakfast
For some strange reason, I’ve never really done breakfast and when I have ate breakfast it was big enough to put me back to sleep. Here’s my thoughts on skipping breakfast.. Although I’ve never really been a calorie watcher but doesn’t make more sense to eat breakfast and lunch all at once? Okay according to my fitness coach.. I am really cheating myself by not eating breakfast. So tomorrow I will start eating breakfast.

2)Creating an exercise plan
I wouldn’t have EVER thought of creating an exercise plan because I didn’t want to lie to myself or others that I share my plan with on social media.but it makes sense to have a plan of action for fitness right?

Here are my fitness goals for the rest of this week:
Wednesday~ Step Aerobics
Thursday~ Arm Fitness Challenge
Friday~Walking for 30 minutes
Saturday~I’m not gonna lie to yall 🙂
Sunday~ Arm Fitness Challenge
