Me, I had spinach with polenta and sundried tomatoes! One thing I love about eating foods like this is that –

1. I do not feel sluggish afterwords. Foods high in calories, carbs, sugars, etc leave you feeling as though you are ready to take a nap.

2. I do not feel guilty afterwards. Many of us will eat foods that we know will cause guilt later.

3. It will not have to worry about working it off later. You know what happens… You eat and then later you promise yourself that you will work out extra long to make up for it.

4. And most importantly, I feel good and my body is getting the nutrients it needs!! We forget sometimes that we only have one body. We can’t switch it out later for a replacement. We need to give our body what it needs to stay strong and stay healthy so that it can carry us into our old age and keep us moving along the way!
