Why being healthy is a choice

This morning I had two choices.
1. Sleep an extra hour
2. Get up earlier and fuel my body

Which one did I decide? Well 1 was not an option for me if I want to be Fly by Forty so I kicked it in gear and went with option 2 with a little Turbo Fire Hiit and PiYo core. And later I will squeeze in 5 minutes of glutes.

Why do I do this. Because I am worth it and my body craves it. So today make a choice. What choice did you make today?
